The band was created under the challenge to write and record an entire album in the span of 10 hours. This is reflected in the title of their first album: "Ten Hours." The band's name came from the date in which they recorded the album, October 1st, 2018. The band followed up "Ten Hours" with "Gourmet Ravioli", which was recorded October 1st, 2019 and released October 26, 2019.
Due to the band constraining themselves to only recording for one day a year, the songs they write tend to be short, often with improvised and comedic lyrics. All of their albums have a runtime of under 30 minutes.
