Hi, Kim, thank you for your question. This resort is truly all-inclusive. People that may not have all-inclusive access are probably people who came in with some limited day pass.
If you purchase the all-inclusive stay, you will have access to everything no problem. So don’t worry about anything in regards to that!
You mentioned pop-up food places. During my stay here, there were none, so I can’t tell you for sure, but I am pretty sure they wouldn’t make you pay for it if you had an all inclusive band. The only thing that is not all inclusive at this resort would be the coffee shops and there is a coconut stand on the right side of the beach.
It’s quite easy to make reservations, it’s in the same place where you can book excursions. If you have any questions just ask anyone and they will direct you to it. You can book dinner reservations for the same day and one day in advance. I highly recommend that you try the Italian restaurant multiple times during your stay because it is truly the best restaurant by far.
I travelled to this resort with my partner so we were only two people, I think this made it a lot easier for us to get reservations to each restaurant as we had no issue most of the time.

WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT BUY TEQUILA FOR MORE THAN $60 😂. Also, DO NOT TAKE THE “FREE” CITY TOUR, THEY WILL BRING YOU TO A OVERPRICED JEWLER AND WASTE YOUR TIME. PAY $20 to go to the city yourself please.

Hey Kevin! This video was so helpful, thank you. We just booked a 1 bedroom suite here but we are trying to decide which villa to request. The "older" side seems to be better located, but I heard some of the buildings are really run down (though the resort told me every villa has been rennovated since covid). Since you visited a lot of rooms, is there a villa you would recommend? Or do you think its better to be on the new side (FYI we will have a baby with us)

I would recommend that you stay in new newer side of the resort. If I recall correctly, the higher the number, the newer. Yes you are a bit further but the hotel has multiple carts that pick up people and bring them around the resort (like a bus). I would like to let you know that some of the rooms (the older ones) have mold so please do not hesitate to request a new room if you do have a room with mold.
I prefer the newer & further side because it was near the adult pool which was great since I was with my partner. But since you have a baby you might not be able to stay there much. I do want to mention that there is a great daycare on the resort near the beach but Im not sure if they take babies.
I would personally go for the new buildings, also if you slip someone at the front desk $40 they may be able to upgrade you ;)

@@KevinWeb3 wow thank you for all the details! it was the mould that scared me, i've seen it in a lot of reviews 🥴. Seems like only 2 of the new buildings are for adults only but the other 4 buildings/2 pools are for everyone. Appreciate the advice and will take your recommendations :)

This was the most amazing resort I have been to!! Great restaurants, golf carts available at all times and the best part is the main pool that overlooks the ocean. I've been twice and will return!!

We are looking to book this for after Christmas. Is it truly all inclusive? I've seen comments that say the pop up food booths near the pools are not included. Also wondering how hard is it to make reservations. Great video!

The wifi at this resort is fantastic btw! Ultra high speed 😊 I would highly recommend this resort to you. Lots of monkeys in the trails between some villas.
