Fleece Lyrics

Place where i feel free. (lala, lala)
Will it always be? (lala, lala)
Who are you, is what you do, what you say.
Things i love, will they still remain?
Seasons change and so am i.
(That doesn't mean)
Music still in me. (lala, lala)
Will it always be? (lala, lala)
Who are you, is what you do, what you say.
Things i love, will they still remain?
Seasons change and so am i.
(That doesn't mean)
Doesn't mean i'm changing all the time.
Who are you, is what you do, what you say.
Things i love, will they still remain?
Seasons change and so am i.
(That doesn't mean)
Doesn't mean i'm changing all the time.
In Fleece's song Seasons, the singer contemplates the possibility of change in their life. The song begins with a simple melody that creates an atmosphere of peace and tranquility, which is then followed by a feeling of freedom that the singer experiences in a certain place. The singer questions whether that feeling of freedom will always be present, indicating a fear of change. The repetition of the lala's emphasizes the singer's longing for stability and the desire to stay in the same place.
The chorus highlights the theme of change and how it affects the things that we love. The singer wonders if the people they love and the things they are passionate about will still remain the same despite life's changing seasons. The singer acknowledges that, just like the changing seasons, they themselves also change. However, reassures the listeners that just because they change, it doesn't mean they change all the time. The song ends with another reminder of the stillness in the singer's heart, and the assurance that the music will remain in them.
