Dillard was born in the 187th Street projects of Carol City, Florida. His single mother raised him and his seven sisters, some of whom sang in a local gospel group. As a teenager, Dillard worked with local rap group 2 Live Crew and formed his own amateur group with some friends called the Groundhoggz. His work with 2 Live Crew member Fresh Kid Ice attracted attention of DeVante Swing, a member of the band Jodeci. However, he was rejected by several of the major labels, so he sought many other jobs outside of music. After graduating from high school in 1998, he studied international business management at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas for two years and attended Barry University for two months. He returned to Florida to continue pursuing his music career after receiving a phone call from a representative of the independent label Poe Boy Entertainment. Dillard signed with Poe Boy in 2006, and as Flo Rida he began affiliating with other Florida rappers, such as Rick Ross, Trina, T-Pain, and Trick Daddy. A promotional street single entitled "Birthday", featuring Rick Ross, was his first significant release. He made his debut guest appearance with the song "Bitch I'm from Dade County" on DJ Khaled's album We the Best, which featured Trick Daddy, Trina, Rick Ross, Brisco, C-Ride, and Dre.

Liar Liar
Flo Rida Lyrics

I got a real jabber on my hands
I got a faker on my hands
Got a good liar on my hands
[Flo Rida]
Since I clean you up baby we poppin' rubber bands
Lil' mama, I'm the man
Everybody gets,
Gets a fair try,
You alright with me,
'Til you tell a lie,
From the time you seem
Like a different type of guy
Did your own thing
I gave it a try then you
Told me you were catchin' feelings
Kind of unusual
Normally you won't let no woman
Ever see this side of you
I'll admit you had me goin'
Thinkin' that this was the move
Until I seen a girl all on you
Kissin' you
Now your bridge is burned
[Chorus]
I guess I was wrong about him
Looks like now I got a problem
Cause I got a
Player on my hands
Uh-huh
I got a real jabber on my hands
I got a faker on my hands
Uh-huh
Got a real liar on my hands
I told my girls I wouldn't trip
I'm gon' stay calm
I'll just wait to later
Then give him a call
Now he's trying to convince me
That I didn't see what I saw
You're on defense
Cause you know you just broke the law
Now you're
Tellin' me you're all about me
No other girl will do
But boy one thing about me is
I ain't a fool
I'll admit you had me goin'
Thinkin' that this was the move
Until I seen a girl all on you
Kissin' you
Now your bridge is burned
[Chorus]
Player on my hands
I got a real jabber on my hands
I got a faker on my hands
Got a real liar on my hands
[Flo Rida]
Tell it to the judge
Ah,
Oh yea you got it rite this time baby
You got a player on your hands
But if its too hot for you
Tell it to the show
What you know about
Bein' up in the club
With another girl
You'll get caught
Now you gon' pay
Gotta plead your case
I'm comin' your way
What you gon' say
[Chorus]
Player on my hands
I got a real jabberon my hands
I got a faker on my hands
Got a real liar on my hands
My Hands
My Hands
What you know about
Bein' up in the club
With another girl
You'll get caught
Now you gon' pay
Gotta plead your case
I'm comin' your way
What you gon' say
The lyrics to Flo Rida's hit song "Liar Liar" detail the aftermath of a broken relationship, where the singer discovers that their partner has been unfaithful. The chorus conveys the frustration and disappointment the singer feels towards their partner, expressing that they have a "liar," "faker," "jabber" and a "player" on their hands. Despite the singer's initial feelings of hurt, they attempt to stay calm and confront their partner about their actions. However, the partner continues to deny any wrongdoing and tries to convince the singer that they didn't see what they saw.
The song is a nod to the betrayal that many people experience in relationships, where they initially trust their partner but are ultimately let down. The lyrics explore the mix of emotions that come with discovering a partner's infidelity, including anger, disappointment, and hurt. The singer tries to stay calm and rational while dealing with the situation, highlighting the importance of communication and honesty in any relationship.

it's obvious that they weren't trying to make girlicious a big sensation in america, because if they were, this would've been the obvious choice for a single stateside. This is easily the best song on their CD and with the right video it could've been a SMASH
