ive just experienced his live act. not a dj set, not a live concert with band, but his solo works with synths, drum machines etc... i cant put into words how magnificent the act was, he opened up with this track and followed on with ARP3, Ratio (probably full mix, because it lasted for i think over 10 minutes), Nuits Sonores, and then he played around with the beats, providing the audience with uk garage breakbeats, fast, almost dnb-like rhythms and lots of cleverly crafted synth sounds. It felt almost as if Burial decided to show off with his compositions, but there were only beats and melodies, no samples from movies, games etc. Sam's live act was probably the best concert ive ever experienced.
