Citing influences as varied as Theo Parrish, Dorothy Ashby and Stravinsky, Shepherd has been an accomplished pianist since the age of 16. The variety in influences is mirrored in the diversity of his productions that range from string quartet to gritty beats. As a DJ, mostly his sets sit between boogie & house.

One of the most incredible endings to an album I have ever heard. The album is based a lot on dreams and this song, the ending in particular, feels exactly like suddenly waking up from a dream which has suddenly become too intense.

I cannot recommend this album enough. Buy it, find the best pair of headphones you own, lie down on your bed, close your eyes and experience the most vivid dream that you will ever see or hear.

Ben McCann Ben McCann Listen to "Everything in its right place" (maybe a little bit of "Pyramid Song") and look at the chord progression. This is more than a slight resemblance. Start the FP song at 2:00 and stop at 2:20, if you can't hear the similiarities between the starting chords of this and "Everything…/Pyramid Song“ i don't know how else to explain it. It doesn't help that the synth coming in at 3:08 is tuned like the one in the RH song.
