Wait! This came with a cassette?? I bought this album new, when it was released. There was no cassette with mine. I am aware of a Asrielle tape on Union Pole, and one on Bobby J (if Discogs is to be correct). I believe Asrielle was the project before this and Twenty Six

@@edwardlutz8631 maybe the cassette was sold separately? i dont know, i wasnt even born yet when this was released. though i believe you're right in that asrielle predates these projects (and there were two cassettes on bobby j)

@@bert_idbz Came back and found that there's even less of a chance to find it now that someone that bought this record when it was released didn't get a cassette. This might just elude me for the rest of my life. Awesome.

Can someone maybe clearify to me what johnny jewel releases went under asrielle, twenty six and so on? I really lost the overview. Also anybody knows where I can get those albums as mp3?

as far as i know this is the only for every river buried album, and the only twenty six album is this skin is rust. there is another twenty six song he released under the name "john david v" which was released on some va comp, i have that uploaded to my channel too. all of these are available on soulseek if you have that.

there are three asrielle tapes that i know of, all self-titled so they're generally referred to by their label/cat#: two on bobby j (BJ001 and BJ007), one on union pole. the union pole tape is here: https://unionpoletapes.bandcamp.com/track/s-t-b-2 the bobby j tapes (and maybe the union pole tape too, i dont remember) are uploaded here: https://forums.hipinion.com/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=136309

there might be some other releases that no one's heard of but these are the only ones that have surfaced online

@@bert_idbz That would be so nice! Thank you! I also looked for the vinyls on discogs, but sadly they aren't available in europe and shipping cost is really bad. But I guess, I will order them at some point anyway.
