The second stanza talks about the boy's mentality. The boy has many dreams but his mouth is full of fakes. The singer is urging the boy to admit the truth and to face reality. She calls him dumb and always drunk. She wants the boy to understand that there's nothing she can say and no one knows about what he's done. The chorus repeats the lyrics from the first stanza and shows that the singer is still questioning the boy's ego and its importance in his life.
