The song is from an underground mixtape called Fort Minor: We Major. Mike Shinoda released it for free before Fort Minor's major studio album came out, probably because there's so many sampled beats that he couldn't really sell it anyway. It's still online somewhere, and/or you can find a torrent. Do some googling. I couldn't find anywhere to buy it, so I just downloaded it myself.
