To u be praise
Your the reason why I lift my voice boss.
Your the reason why I lift my hands boss
Age to age your still thesame yeah
Lord there's nobody like you
Never gon be nobody like u
The first verse of Frank Edwards's song Boss is a song of gratitude and worship to God. The song opens with a reference to God as the "Heavenly Father," acknowledging His position as the creator and giver of life. The first line also serves as an acknowledgement of God's sovereignty, as it exalts Him above everything that exists. The next two lines express gratitude for God's goodness and mercy, with the singer stating that he lifts his voice and hands in praise because God is the reason for his joy and blessings. The last two lines of the verse emphasize God's unchanging nature and uniqueness, with the singer declaring that there is no one like God and there never will be.
The second verse of the song continues in the same vein, with the singer expressing his love for God and declaring that he will always worship Him. The final lines of the song reiterate the singer's earlier statements about God's uniqueness and the power of His name. Overall, the lyrics of "Boss" can be seen as a celebration of God's greatness, faithfulness, and love, as well as an exhortation to worship and honor Him.
