You'll Never Walk Alone
Frank Sinatra Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴  Line by Line Meaning ↴

When you walk through a storm,
Hold your head up high,
And don't be afraid of the dark.
At the end of the storm,

Is the golden sky,
And the sweet silver song of the lark.
Walk on through the wind,
Walk on through the rain,

Though your dreams be tossed and blown,
Walk on, walk on with hope in your heart,

And you'll never walk alone,
You'll never walk alone.

Exactly. You need to look up Carousel. It is based on a Hungarian play, which was adapted for the United States. Like many famous tunes, it has been copied by soccer fans.

He was the first ever to sing it

@@seanhunter3395 he was not. It's a Rodgers and Hammerstein song written for the musical Carousel. His cover is one of my favorites though.
