He left Heidt's band in 1944 to form his own. His daughter, Marjorie Hughes, was the lead female singer. Carle had several major hits in the 1940s and early 1950s, including his theme song, "Sunrise Serenade" and "Oh! What It Seemed To Be!" His band disbanded after 1955 and he performed mainly as a soloist thereafter. Carle died of natural causes in Mesa, Arizona in 2001 at the age of 98.

When F3 came out I played it almost uncontrollably, so needless to say when 4 came out I was excited af, but at that point I was sort of over it and I only played it once or twice for a few minutes at a time on release day.
Fast forward to a few weeks ago, my grandma passed away and for some reason I found myself digging through my stuff randomly one day a few days after and popped in Fallout 4. I haven't stopped playing since and those songs all bring back so many memories...it's odd and I feel a bit stupid saying this but I feel like she's there with me as I roam the wasteland haha...
Although it is with a heavy heart, this song will always remind me of her, one of the last memories I have is of holding her hand...just wish there could've been one more tomorrow.

this song makes me cry because my childhood friend Joey had a sister named Kelley and I would visit everyday...
until they moved out of town to Bellingham. now I rarely see their family (usually once every 4 months ) but I had a massive crush on Kelley since elementary school. I'm in high school and was planning on waiting to tell her how I felt about her.
To my surprise, I was crying because I would never see them anymore, when I find out months later Kelley commitment suicide during the summer. I was planning on telling her how much I loved her when I found out on facebook she died.
now I hear this song thinking if only I had "One more tomorrow " to tell her I loved her. but I never will.. so I live each day knowing my first crush I loved died after years of waiting.

Ah yes, time to pull up that emotional lane story again.
My grandmaw was, and probably still is, the best among my family members. Not a day passed without her expressing how she loves me and my mum. Every time she calls my mum, she always wanted to say, "No matter what, my prayers are with you two, my two of most beloved...". She always leave some of her income scraping things that she can scrape up and then selling them to the scrapmen that passes her house. In her life's difficulty, she always wanted to give us some that she had made, everyday.
Then came the day that we all dread when it comes to an elderly family member. One day, a word from our family doctor came that she had this benign cancer on her lymphoid. Only recently at that time, the cancer got worsened to the point that one day, when she was in the middle of doing something, she collapsed. When she was on her deathbed, my mum, my uncle (her son, my mum's big brother), and I was on our way on her domain, but we were too late.
Other family members came first, we came too late. She died with a smile on her face, sure.
But man, what I wouldn't give for one more tomorrow with her. I didn't get to see her still holding on at least, to the treatment's side effects, one thing that I always grieved upon up until today.
Bless her soul. And bless your soul as well, uploader, for uploading this song. This, and Skeeter Davies', had made my remembrance of my lovely grandma easier each day I want to cherish the days I've spent with her in my childhood.

My father passed away two months ago. I remember he used to love watching me play videogames, and one of those games was Fallout 4. I loved exploring Boston with him, as we live in the Boston area. We wwould just have casual conversations while listening to Diamond City Raido exploring the wastes of a city we held near and dear to our hearts.
Now that he is gone, I can't help but remember what it used to be like when he was around. I miss him so much, and while this song hasn't many words, the lyrics really do capture my feelings for life without him. He died December 13th 2015, the day before his birthday. He had cancer.
RIP Dad, I love you. If I had one wish, it would be for one more tomorrow with him. I cherish our memories together.
