Shitsville
Freddie Gibbs Lyrics
Niggas ain't gon' shit, then get the fuck up off the toilet stool
Bent behind my tints, I commence to take these boys to school
Don't drive no yellow bus, but I got mayonnaise and mustard
Both tires gol wired on my Chevrolet bucket
And now my transmission leaking and my rear-suspension squeaking
Drop a rock off to my geeker, fix my shit, man, I'm out here creeping
Twist that shit, but I'm out here tweaking for that 20 twin twin
Kick that shit in '95 or watching Friday with my friends
Fucked your bitch in '96, hit that pussy for 6 minutes
Said the dick was everything she envisioned on each visit
I stole that shit when I was out, I wonder if my mama know
I wonder if she found the dimes and nickles in my Nike box
I wonder if she know her older brother like to light them rocks
I wonder if she able to get by if I get killed
Told her I was just knee deep in the shit, welcome to Shitsville, nigga
You wake up everyday and pray before you sleep, right?
You motherfuckers just like me
You shed tears when you hurting, if I cut you then you bleed, right?
You motherfuckers just like me
But bitch you acting like your shit don't stink
Shit's real
Bitch, you acting like your shit don't stink
This Shitsville
I said you you acting like your shit don't stink
Shit's real
Bitch, you acting like your shit don't stink
Welcome to Shitsville, nigga
Niggas ain't gon' shit, then get the fuck up-off the pizz-ot
Got O's of loyd in my living room like I was Lennox
Trapped a nigga and his wife for his wallet and his wristwatch
And they say I might do life in jail for kidnap, bitch
I did not give a single solitary fuck
I stand on all ten toes, one dick and two nuts
Don't do yayo or shoot up
But I went back and forth with some work, went threw a few plugs
This white devil society dare a nigga to do drugs
And dare yo ass to deal 'em, distribute and conceal 'em
My niggas don't got no boats or no ports, how you think we get 'em?
Crack was black America's cup of coffee in the beginning
When they creep up and you waking, you crackers can fight the feeling
Motherfuck you euthanasia I'll lace your food up with razors
Make you gargle with saltwater and excuse yourself from my table
I fathered these fuck niggas with fables, pussy, I been real
Good on any street up Shit's Creek, it's Shitsville, nigga
You wake up everyday and pray before you sleep, right?
You motherfuckers just like me
You shed tears when you hurting, if I cut you then you bleed, right?
You motherfuckers just like me
But bitch you acting like your shit don't stink
Shit's real
Bitch, you acting like your shit don't stink
This Shitsville
I said you you acting like your shit don't stink
Shit's real
Bitch, you acting like your shit don't stink
Welcome to Shitsville, nigga
Cheat on your girl, your wife, sneak out to fuck hoes
You motherfuckers just like me
Drink all the liquor, blow weed, probably play with your nose
You motherfuckers just like me
I said you motherfuckers just like me
I said you motherfuckers just like me
I know you motherfuckers just like me
You ain't no better, hell you just like me

He has released five mixtapes since his first in 2005 including Live From Gary, Indiana, Big Bizness, The Miseducation of Freddie Gibbs, midwestgangstaboxframecadillacmuzik and Str8 Killa No Filla. The Str8 Killa EP was released 3rd August. His debut LP Baby-Faced Killa and The Devil's Palace, a collaborative project with The Alchemist, were both released in 2012. He then would go on to release Cold Day in Hell in 2012, and ESGN in 2013. In 2014, Gibbs released Pinata, a collaborative album with producer Madlib, and The Tonite Show, another collaborative album with The World's Freshest. Gibbs newest album Shadow of a Doubt is planned to best released on November 20th via ESGN / EMPIRE.
Hailing from Gary, Indiana, a place whose murder and crime rates have ranked it several times at the top of the "Most Dangerous Cities" list, Freddie Gibbs is the true definition of a street survivor. Raised on Gary's east side, Gibbs lived the hard life firsthand in a run-down industrial community plagued with vice and ignored by the establishment. After playing at Ball State on a football scholarship, Gibbs was kicked out of college. Over the next few years he went through court-ordered boot camp, joined and got discharged from the military, and held down a series of 9 to 5 jobs without success. Feeling like the system had failed him, Gibbs turned to hustling; pimping and selling crack out of a local house. Inspired by rappers like UGK, The Geto Boys, and 2Pac, Gibbs started rhyming about his life and the issues facing urban youth in Gary and the countless other impoverished cities just like it. Gibbs is the first rapper signed to a major label from Gary.
The Steel City's most famous musical residents to date are the Jackson 5, whose name still adorns a marquee on a falling-apart theater in Gary's blighted downtown. His desire to rep the Midwest and his city led Gibbs to start recording mixtapes and pushing them online as well as the streets, where he quickly began garnering fans drawn to his original style, diverse flows, and deeply personal lyrics about his experience as a young black man growing up below the poverty line in a forgotten American city.
Freddie has worked with respected producers like Madlib, Red Spyda, Just Blaze, Buckwild, the Alchemist, Polow Da Don, and Collipark among many others. Gibbs cites Houston rap and Pac as his major influences, and it shows in his ability to alternate between chillingly tense street stories of violence and laid back comedic tales about women and weed. Ultimately Gibbs shows and proves with his rhymes, which demonstrate the promise of a legend in the making. His skills, wit, and street credibility establish Freddie Gibbs as a true artist. He's ready to represent for Gary, the Midwest, and anyone who relates to the struggle of inner city life. As Gibbs tells it: "My music is definitely on some gangsta shit. That's what I was raised on and what I witnessed. How can I speak on anything else?" "Become a fan now, or become one later."

The flow is legendary, and the craziest shit is he'll do this live, at this tempo, and still not miss a fucking beat. He's a monster.

This dude is INSANELY underrated
Luke Stiltner
He's not underrated at all. He's viewed more valuable than gold by people who matter. He's not a mainstream sound. Freddie will always remain a fucking God.
