So ein Tag
Freddy Quinn Lyrics

The lyrics of Freddy Quinn's song "So ein Tag" express the beauty and preciousness of the present moment. The singer acknowledges the fleeting nature of time and the uncertainty of the future, and celebrates the joy and anticipation of the day. The repetition of the chorus reinforces the theme of the impermanence of life and the need to cherish every moment.
The first stanza describes the day as "so wunderschön wie heute" (so beautiful as today) and expresses the desire for it to never end. The second stanza reflects on how quickly time passes, and likens it to clouds that disappear. The repetition of the chorus emphasizes the importance of living in the present moment and savoring its beauty.
Overall, the song is a reminder to appreciate the fleeting moments of life, and to embrace the present with open arms.
