Not every SB winning QB has been a great leader. Actual results on the field CAN be a function of good coaching and drilling - a player or QB can be an idiot (or immature) off the field but perform their role in an offense.

A team can have team leaderS, or exceptional players who are fiercely competitive that push team play. Let’s not disregard team culture and to risk it getting in the way of what Jason wants to impress on us.

We’re also going to disregard the level of athlete that’s becoming common on NFL def lines, which is making the QB position more difficult (not easier) for traditional pocket passers. Since we’ve reduced this to a racial matter, we can note several of these guys are white - Bosa bros, Watt bros, Crosby etc.

Was it Goff that reportedly benefited from getting the extra coaching through the ear piece during the Rams’ 2018 SB run?

But let’s talk about black family struggles… with a Korean contributor! Who made his hay covering boxing! 🤣 🤣 🤣

The physical talent is often incredible, and the other aspect is mental. Jason says it, leadership, calls are largely taken away from most qbs. Not the Tom's and Daks, but many.

Starting 🔥. The more truth you speak the more haters you'll have. Stay true to your convictions Jason because your example will lead other men to do the same... ✅

Irrespective of race, successful quarterbacks are the ones who do a lot more passing than running. The injuries alone make it not worth it. Tom Brady has been to half the Super Bowls in this century. Peyton and Eli have been to a combined six Super Bowls. Throw in Roethlisberger. Mahomes is a whole different animal. Brees. Matt Ryan. Russell Wilson is a lot better when he doesn't have to run for his life. We'll see if Josh Allen can hold up. Until last season I thought he was going to be middle of the pack. Besides, if the franchise has put in more money into the player than any other position, and if throwing is the name of the game nowadays, then using that guy as a second running back simply does not make sense. I guess it comes down to whether or not you want a qb who sometimes runs or a "running quarterback." The first one works. The latter gets you killed in the pros.

Are you saying Mahomes is better than Brady, the Mannings,Roethlisberger?

Dustin Adams

@Willie Gordon From a purely skillset standpoint, yes. But time will tell for sure. No one will ever get close to what Brady has accomplished.

John Solo

@Willie Gordon yes, he is, in a skill sense.. That's not even up for debate lol.. Peyton, Brady, Brees, Marino, Montana, etc are amazing because they're brains do more than their skills per se.. Rodgers, Mahomes have brains AND SKILLSETS that go beyond typical skills.. Brady is overrated though just fyi 😉 so yes, SKILLS are an exclusive thing to look at when looking at QB talent..

Kudos for getting these messages out to America, Jason, while leftists still allow it. Suggest doing segments on blacks "Window Shopping with Ball-Peens."

Jason you are sharing so much truth that I am confident you are so despised by a majority of the black community that has been spoon fed victimhood for generations. Love what you are saying once again. Steve is inaccurate on this one and if you dig into Kyler's dad you will probably find he had no father.

I think in any sport you need more athletes with athletic skills than leaders. Leadership is for coaches, managers and all that. Jason says that if you grow up in household without a father, you can’t be a leader on a sports team I totally disagree unless he has proof that all bad quarterbacks did not have their fathers in life.
In real football ( soccer) they have what they call player manager ( he coaches and plays too) that’s what leadership looks like to me. But if you have 10-15 coaches on your team they should be enough for leadership and the players should be athletes.
I stand to be corrected
