Easy
Fuel Lyrics

I've seen your "Johnny come lately"
Seen your exiled love parade
For you, another hit is so easy
One more mask for the charade

Yeah, you don't hear the sounds I hear
Yeah, you don't feel the fear you fear
The distance that is there
Well, it's wearing pretty thing now
And breaking you down is gonna be so easy

I've felt your high and mighty
Parasols and darkest shades
Your sideways glance says "maybe"
Longing eyes give you away

Yeah, you don't hear the sounds I hear
Yeah, you don't feel the fear you fear
The distance that is there
Well, it's wearing pretty thing now
And breaking you down is gonna be so easy

We'll walk this way now, baby
Bring the pleasure, bring the pain
Your secret's safe with me for saving
No one has to know you came

Yeah, you don't hear the sounds I hear
Yeah, you don't feel the fear you fear
The distance that is there
Well, it's wearing pretty thing now
And breaking you down is gonna be so easy

One of my favorite fuel songs!

Doyledeth

He sounds like Scott Weiland in this song.

snuffdigital

I think it's the sound affects. Scott had that unique megaphone thing going on, which is almost an affect or feeling here at points too. rip Scott.

0:43, that part especially sounds like an Alice in Chains song. Even though it still sounds original. Love Fuel! Big Spring Jam Sept 2011 is gonna rock because of these awesome guys!

DarkForceB

THank you for posting the lyrics, Fuel is one of the better groups to come out of the Alternative days. Underated and under appreciated. This song is awesome.

If I ever become a wrestler (at least pass training enough to put on a match) I picture this song as one of my heel (bad guy) themes, It'll be perfect for a silent rage gimmick, I used to picture myself wearing a black hoodie as entrance attire, but since as of 2013, the black hoodie represents a tribute to a thug that was shot and killed and the media were talking like the thug was actually a kid instead of a 17 year old, I don't want anyone to think I give a damn about that thug, so if I go through with it, I'm making sure that my black hoodie would have "Good Riddance" written on it, because that's how I really feel, and it would help my heel character for the blind sheeple
