Fue… Read Full Bio ↴Fuel Fandango is a duo from Spain formed by Ale Acosta and Nita.
Fuel Fandango looks can be deceiving. Ale Acosta, with his harmless guitar and Nita, tiny and fragile at a first glance impression, both are fire on stage. Their music proposal is ambitious, rich, fun. Its purpose is dancing, spark the fun, in order to get that they trust their live acts to a experienced music formation.
Fuel Fandango is electronic organic music, rock, funk and a subtle touch of southern flamenco music.
It is Ale Acosta's new project, DJ and producer of Mojo Project ( 3 albums published and a cult-band in Spain). He also helds two Spanish Music Awards'08 nominations and a "Producer of the Year" nomination in the Latin Grammy Awards'08.
He has mixed several artists including Buika, Jose Merce, Ojos de Brujo, The Pinkertones, etc...
The other half is Nita, singer from Cordoba. She's raw material, golden southern sound bearing flamenco in his soul and black music in her throat. Pure art on stage.
In late 2009 they achieved third place at the Heineken Greenspace V Edition among more than 1400 bands. They were chosen by several industry proffesionals including some Radio3 hosts.
Earlier this year they were finalists at The Music Think Tank International Awards, being the first Spanish band to reach the final competing with bands from all over the world.

It's hotter than before
The sweetest sound
From your guitar
Makes me smile
I see the stars on your face (lerelere)
I see the stars on your face (lerelere)
The , the lights are in your eyes
Down, down, down the Sun, sun
The lights are in your eyes, are here
Down, down, down , down the Sun, sun, sun, sun
The, the lights are in your eyes
Down, down, down the Sun, sun
The lights are in your eyes, are here
Down, down, down, down, down, down
Down, down, down, down, down, down
But when the night began
Your face started to change
Became in something strange (lerelere)
But when the night began
Your face started to change (lerelere)
You appear in the night, like a cruel monster
Who's gonna save me, save me, me, me
You appear in the night, like a cruel monster
Who's gonna save me, save me, me, me, me, me, me
The lights are in your eyes
The sun, sun
The lights are in your eyes, are here
Down, down, down the Sun, sun
The lights are in your eyes
Down the Sun
The lights are in your eyes, are here
But when the night began
Your face started to change
Start to change, start to change
But when the night began
Your face started to change
Start to change, start to change
Down, down, down the Sun, sun
Down, down, down the Sun, sun
Down, down, down the Sun, sun
Start to change, start to change
Down, down, down the Sun, sun
Down, down, down the Sun, sun
Down, down, down the Sun, sun
Start to change, start to change
The lyrics of Fuel Fandango's song HYPE describe a transition from a state of happiness and contentment to fear and uncertainty. At the beginning of the song, the singer is enjoying the warmth and sweetness of the sun and the soothing sound of the guitar played by the object of their affection. However, as night falls, things begin to take a dark turn. The person's face appears to change into something unfamiliar and monstrous, leading the singer to fear for their safety.
The repetition of the phrase "down, down, down the Sun, sun" throughout the song adds to the sense of unease and impending danger. The lights in the person's eyes also become a source of fear and uncertainty, as if they are hiding some kind of darkness within them. The final lines of the song reflect the singer's desperation for a savior to protect them from this fear-inducing presence.
Overall, the lyrics of HYPE showcase the power of subtle shifts in tone and mood to create a sense of tension and terror.
