Members include Josephine Conigliaro (lead singer), Matthieu Lechevalier (drums) and Josh Allen (guitar). They are relatively unknown, with small contributions to a few movie soundtracks (Elektra, Seed of Chucky) however a much anticipated album release is expected to change that. They have also released some original songs on their official site.

Josephine Conigliaro sings the theme song in Windfall, which is a song called "Anything You Want".

Full Blown Rose also sings the opening theme song to the short two season show Tru Calling. The song is called "Somebody Help Me?".
