Writing music and building creative fantasy worlds has always been a great interest of Anni's. Three years old she was enchanted by Madonna which was the start of her musical devotion. In school she participated in all sorts of musical activities and was classically trained. She started playing the guitar and sharpened her musical creativity during a three year singer/songwriter and music production education.
Anni prefers to make music as a team effort and many of her songs have been co-written together with other talented songwriters. The lyrics, though, have always been Anni's own domain. This is where she dives into the depth of poetry and language, inspired by everything from ancient mythology to her own personal stories.
Full Of Keys has released two full albums and a number singles. The debut album “Traces of a Human” was released in 2012 and the second album “Grazing Grounds” in 2014.
“Traces of a Human” overflows with sad violins, heavy piano and wailing vocals. Anni´s debut album intertwines technical craftsmanship with the organic warmth of guitars and strings. The interesting instrumentation along with Anni's harmonies creates an intriguing soundscape.
Bombastic drums, bag pipe and dreamy accordion are some of the building blocks on Anni's second album. “Grazing Grounds” is a musical journey through a harsh hazy landscape with lyrical stories asking questions about love, death, belief, balance in life and everything in between.
Full Of Keys has released seven official music videos, all with Anni as the main character. Her music videos are often more like short stories than regular pop videos. Ever since the debut video “All the Roses” Anni has had a preference to shed light on the more complex and difficult sides of life. A dark and sometimes intimidating atmosphere paired with a multilayered storyline leaves the field open for many different interpretations.
