I find this way more skillful and talented, than the actual trick!! I mean yes, I was initially like "wow, how's he doing that, he can't be that strong?!" Awesome!! Loved this explanation. Other reveals only show the make Up of the box on the ground, not the internal harness which is where the real magic is. I knew his entire body way it was being supported by some sort of harness because it would be impossible to last five minutes otherwise. Thank you sir for a very well done video

Hmm, if it's like that... the weight is focused at the harness. Since it has a harness around the groin area, it puts less strain on the body. Might not actually hurt that much to be on that for long periods. Although you would need help getting down it looks like. Still a great trick. 👍

@nazia arshad The shovel is welded on the square pipe, it keeps the shovel straight up all while supporting and stabilizing the performer's weight so he doesn't tip backwards or on the side. The metal bar attached on the shovel handle is curved so his arm can comfortably rest on it (like the arms of a chair), and the harness worn by the performer is attached to that bar, which completely prevents him from falling. The performer's arm resting on the curved bar, and the harness keeping him in place, allows him to make all the poses he wants without too much effort as seen at 4:55. The performer mainly uses his abdominal muscles to move his body in different angles, and to maintain his position for extended periods of time. When at rest, his body just stays straight up. Hope this helps.

@RedT The performer appears to be putting weight on the bar under his sleeve when he's changing his position, it would be pretty difficult to pull off without doing that, let alone maintaining that position for an extended period of time. But yes, while I would expect the harness to hold the performer in place even if he's not resting his arm on the bar, it would make moving his body around and keeping his balance very difficult, if not impossible.

This is close but not 100%. I've seen them set down the end of the shovel and it doesn't have anything welded to it. So there must be another attachment point.

Yes. From the shovel he connects a pole through his sleeve to the harness. At 4:50 you can see behind the shovel there's a pole connected to it going to the ground. That's why he has that black sheet there to hide that pole probably welded to a base.

I very much agree with most of the comments that are on this feed. Is the ingenuity and the entertainment value of the performer that is truly what’s important. People don’t go to Disneyland and ask why the robots talk they know it’s a gimmick, but yeah, it’s entertaining to see. Shame on you for seeing you exposed somebody everyone on this planet knows this man doesn’t actually levitate. He’s just trying to make a living by doing something that would catch the eye of people.
