That's what I'm supposed to do
Spend it all on you
We never done, I like to spend
You can bring a friend, then do it all again
Cause I don't mind, this happens all the time
With a bag like mine, it will all be fine
We never done, I like to spend
You are my newest lady
You out spending them bands tossing the bags in to Mercedes
Crazy, she do this on the daily
Heard from her friend she think that I’m wavy
Ditched her last dude, the nigga was lazy
Stay on the job that's why they pay me
Got a lot of people tryna come around lately
You internet dissing but that shit don’t phase me
Know a lot of women thinking "I.G. gone save me"
Know a lot of women that want I.G.'s baby
Know a lot of people that been acting shady
She got that wet wet sail the sea like the navy
Aight bet bet at the table betting 80
You can have the card bring it back by eight please
They cop you one, I cop you two
That's what I'm supposed to do
Spend it all on you
We never done, I like to spend
You can bring a friend, then do it all again
Cause I don't mind, this happens all the time
With a bag like mine, it will all be fine
We never done, I like to spend
You can bring a friend, then do it all again
Baby we could really make this a habit
If you stay down and never make a racket
All that’s on her mind is shoes and fabric
A pink Prada jacket adds color to her pallet
Swipe the card now she really want plastic
Got the manual so the drives automatic
Got much love for any demographic
Me and Iceberg dropping soon, Titanic
She do things her own way but never with her own pay
She make it up though with things that I won't say
This might be necessary guess we'll see in February
Or maybe temporary cause right now it's monetary
They cop you one, I cop you two
That's what I'm supposed to do
Spend it all on you
We never done, I like to spend
You can bring a friend, then do it all again
Cause I don't mind, this happens all the time
With a bag like mine, it will all be fine
We never done, I like to spend
You can bring a friend, then do it all again
In G-Eazy's song "Swagger Like Mine," featuring Lino and DJ Carnage, the lyrics depict a relationship where the rapper spoils his partner. He talks about how he buys her expensive things and doesn't mind spending money on her. The phrase "They cop you one, I cop you two" implies that someone else bought her something, but he'll buy her something even better. The lyrics "With a bag like mine, it will all be fine" suggest that G-Eazy's wealth will take care of any financial problems they may encounter.
The song also highlights the materialistic lifestyle and the fascination with social media. The lyrics reference Instagram ("Know a lot of women thinking 'I.G. gone save me'") and the desire for designer clothes and accessories ("All that’s on her mind is shoes and fabric, a pink Prada jacket adds color to her pallet"). The last section talks about the relationship being temporary or necessary and how money is a factor in the relationship.
Overall, the song portrays the stereotypical portrayal of the rapper's lavish lifestyle, his excessive spending habits, and the fickle nature of his relationships.
