COLOR
G.A.Y Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴  Line by Line Meaning ↴

Sos sol
Ahí voy
Sos vos.
Ven
Ven aquí
Ven aquí
Llamada de socorro...
Vos ...
Cuando abraces
El tiempo que va
El tiempo que ya
Tiene un color

Y it tu color de
(hay alguien más)

Overall Meaning

The lyrics to G.A.Y's song "Color" reflect a sense of urgency and calling out for help. The repetition of "Sos sol" and "Sos vos" can be interpreted as someone giving signals for assistance, while also acknowledging their own individuality. The line "Ven aquí" further emphasizes this need for someone to come to their aid. The phrase "Llamada de socorro" translates to "call for help," making it clear that the singer is in a state of distress and requires intervention from others.

As the lyrics progress, the tone becomes more introspective as the singer addresses their relationship with time. The lines "Cuando abraces el tiempo que va" and "El tiempo que ya tiene un color y es tu color" convey a sense of nostalgia and reflection on the passage of time. The imagery of time having a color, and that color being personal to the individual, suggests that the singer is reflecting on their own experiences and how they have shaped them.

A Person

My gay awakening was thanks to roblox

I accidentally stumbled into an rp with a bi character in royale high. We only really interacted once, but there was something different about the way that she interacted with my character. Eventually I had a full fledged roleplay in a different game where my character was in a lesbian relationship, and that was when I realized.

That was the day I realized that I was gay.

Thank you roblox, for making me realize I was gay, and not censoring the words gay bi les trans etc ;w;

This reminds me of what my friends and I call "lesbian dress code" which is basically a certain style that instantly signals "I'm gay" to other lesbians. It might only be a thing where I live though. But it's almost impossible for straights to pick up on it.

@lilacangel blue Same...I can never figure it out. Or my natural dress is confusing. Guys think I'm gay and girls think I'm straight..... I'm pan.... So anyone I want thinks I want someone else.

A dear friend of mine got heavily hitted on by a gang of leather bois for his red handkerchief 😂 he had no idea what he was doing

Poor poor man. But yes leather men can be a bit forward but are also able to take direct honesty well.

Oh no

Fandom_Trash_1120

My uncle brought it up at a function cuz my brother naturally has a red handkerchief, that he uses, sticking out his back pocket, and my uncle kind of knew about what it meant, despite my brother not being gay. Now that I’m learning about this, I’m thinking about if other people saw it, and thought..some things 😅😅
