Michael Geist, also known as DJ Ghost, formed GGFH in 1986. After releasing several demo tapes and playing the occasional live show, Brian J. Walls joined the band and the duo were eventually signed to "Dreamtime Records" in 1992.
GGFH toured briefly with the metal bands Fear Factory and My Dying Bride and shortly after the tour, Brian J. Walls left the band to pursue other interests (1993).
Over the next 10 years DJ Ghost started a graphic design company and gained notoriety as a DJ. After the release of “The Very Beast of GGFH Vol. 1” in 2001, DJ Ghost decided to begin work on another GGFH LP.
With the absence of Brian J. Walls, the band’s main song writer, DJ Ghost looked to a handful of contributors to help write new GGFH material.
Serrated Smile was released in 2005.

Yee (ahaha)
Let's go
Ayy (Hit-Boy)
Get off my dick, buddy
Get off my bitch, dummy
'Fore I take your bitch with us, then let my bitch run it
Look at my wrist, I'm talkin' solar eclipse, uh
Look at my fit, I'm totally lit
I'm totally it, my style, you totally bit
I just crashed the 'Rari, I totaled that shit
Wait, Dakari, turn up my vocals a bit
You only locally known, my brand is globally grown
If you ain't know that by now, then you was totally wrong
I just left Miami, came back to Oakland, my home
This shit I'm smokin' is Flower Shop and it's potentially blown (sheesh)
Get off my dick, buddy
Get off my bitch, dummy
'Fore I take your bitch with us, then let my bitch run it
Look at my wrist, I'm talkin' totally lit
Look at my wrist, I'm talkin' solar eclipse (yeah)
Ayy, one-of-one, there'll never be another one
Got the valet lookin' at me all troublesome
When I told him get the Benz, he got the other one
When I really meant the other one
In Vancouver, I had threw the Prada bubble on
Who you know that's global tourin', puttin' Oakland on?
I can tell you what it is, but you already know it
Champagne, keep glowin', keep pourin', keep pourin'
Multi-platinum, we had did that years ago, and I still keep doin' it
Couple cribs, which one?
Bunch of ones, pick one
Drink until the drink's done
I been on a sick one
Everywhere that I go, they know me as the lit one
Get off my dick, buddy
Get off my bitch, dummy
'Fore I take your bitch with us, then let my bitch run it
Look at my wrist, I'm talkin' totally lit
Look at my wrist, I'm talkin' solar eclipse, uh
Get off my dick, buddy
Get off my bitch, dummy
'Fore I take your bitch with us, then let my bitch run it
Look at my wrist, I'm talkin' totally lit
Look at my wrist, I'm talkin' solar eclipse, uh
Look at my wrist, I'm talkin' solar eclipse, uh
Fourth quarter, I just Kobe'd this shit
Let's go
The song "Eclipse" by G.G.F.H. is a bold and confident assertion of the artist's status, skill, and power. It begins with a brash invitation for haters to "get off my dick" and leave G.G.F.H. alone, warning them that if they don't, he'll take their girl and run the show. He then boasts about his wealth, fashion sense, and global reach, claiming that his brand is "globally grown" and that he's successfully putting his Oakland hometown on the map. The central metaphor of the song is G.G.F.H.'s wrist, which he describes as "totally lit" and "talking solar eclipse." This imagery reflects his sense of being a shining star, a supernova of talent and charisma that is impossible to ignore.
Throughout the song, G.G.F.H. also makes reference to his success and longevity in the music industry, noting that he's achieved multi-platinum status "years ago" and still keeps going strong. He suggests that he's able to maintain this level of success by staying true to his own style and creativity, instead of copying others. This is reflected in the line "my style, you totally bit," which implies that other artists have tried to imitate him but failed. Overall, "Eclipse" is a song about power, confidence, and success, delivered with a swaggering attitude and irresistible charm.

A friend&I got wet&listened to this album for the first time right when it came out in the 90s& it was so fucking intense, definitely a life altering experience that changed us forever. There is nothing else like this&there is no comming back after being consumed by the twisted, dark.sick&evil sounds&macabre memories that still haunt&chill my bones to this very fucking day&will be with me forever til the day i die&most likely beyond.Thank you so much for helping me relive this beautifully horrific &terrifying time from the darkest days of my past. You have brought the cursed sweet deep scars back to the surface to bleed&ache yet again&I cant be more fulfilled &satisfied (except when i perish &awaken in the flames of hell)than i am now!!..peace to you! Most appreciation!!!666GGFH
