I really had no clue that the two teams had different themes until I recently bought all three games and played through emerald and listened to this for the first time.

sapphire and ruby have more noticeable changes from each other compared to the previous game versions , even the more recent ones , it's not only about the legendary pokémon anymore , they've even bothered to make two villain teams , you'll never see that in the other versions.
