This is a critique of how the older generation has created a system that is unable to give satisfactory answers to current problems. The chorus of the song is directed towards anyone who has achieved fame or success that is overhyped, and the song is essentially calling them out, telling them that their shit is overrated.
The second verse talks about the youth and how they are making their own answers since they do not relate to what the older generation is saying. The verse highlights the lack of understanding between generations, and how the older generation is creating problems that will never go away. The chorus of the song repeats the same lines, calling out anyone who has achieved fame that is overhyped.
