Comprised of vocalist Aaron Nordstrom (former guitarist for OTEP), guitarist Mike Salerno, bassist Alessandro Paveri, and drummer Brian Steele Medina (former TOIZ w/ Ivan Moody of Five Finger Death Punch) the group has made a strong foothold on the local LA hard rock scene and has begun to make advances into the rest of the nation.
First opening shows on the legendary Sunset Strip with such known acts as Nonpoint, Murderdolls, and The Dreaming, Gemini Syndrome has been packing shows at the renowned Roxy Theater, blazing a path for other local talents. Building from the momentum of these local successes, Gemini Syndrome has continued converting new fans through regional shows and multiple national tours, including a coveted spot on Wayne Static's Pighammer tour in Fall 2011. This natural progression of organically grown attention has enabled the band to consistently move forward and gain strong recognition.
Gemini Syndrome independently released their debut EP, "I", in late January, 2011. Produced by Mikey Doling (Snot, Soulfly, Channel Zero), this EP was the catalyst that led to their signing with Warner Bros. Records in late August 2011. Gemini Syndrome's debut full length album "Lux" released on September 10, 2013.

Gemini Syndrome Lyrics

Myself
Sick of myself
Myself
Sick of myself my world my life
Get out of my way
This truth can't lie
I stop myself
Every second I try
Every minute of time is an hour I die
Sick of myself my world my life
Get out of my way
This truth can't lie
I stop myself
Every second I try
Every minute of time is an hour I die
Heaven disowned me
The Enemy is Everywhere
The lyrics to Gemini Syndrome's song "Lux" take a journey through frustration, fatigue, and hopelessness. The repetition of "sick of myself," and "get out of my way," express an intense desire to break free from the monotony of the singer's life. The singer feels trapped and stuck in a cycle of self-doubt and self-criticism. The lyrics present a feeling of being lost and alone in a world that is assaulting the singer's senses.
The line "Every minute of time is an hour I die," is a powerful one, as it conveys the sense that time is dragging, and the singer is becoming more and more desolate with each tick of the clock. Heaven disowned me, the Enemy is Everywhere, concludes the song, it is a recognition that the singer is trapped in a world that is unwelcoming.
The song touches on themes of identity and existentialism. It is essential to note that they do not suggest any solutions to the issues faced by the singer. Instead, the song offers a window into the singer's psyche, allowing the listener to relate to the emotions presented.

Fricking A... 4 comments? I am deeply saddened. I was born in '66 and grew up through the 70s disco craze. Became a drummer in '78 and flourished in the 80s metal craze. Had to live through the 90s grunge bullshit of no talent. Metal came back in a new form with new technology in the early 21'st century and it was hard to grasp. The heaviness was there, however the words were void of concept or care of presentation. Now, it's a varitble wasteland of audible cacophany, where anything goes. Gemini Syndrome has somehow convinced me to take another look at what I thought was long since lost. There is both rhythmic discipline and lyrical clarity that allows you to understand where they want to take you. This is very important to me. The lyrics are a full 50% of the song. Listen to the words. This is a great album.

There are many other good bands from the 20's and 21's like 10 years or nothing more... with great lyrics. But GS still a good band too tho. And just because bands are not famous like they wished to doesnt mean that this bands are bad. By the way, i am sorry for my bad english.. no judge please. Greetings from Germany.
