The song talks about a night of passion between two lovers who had a good time the previous night, and the singer is asking the partner if they can do it again or if they remember how they did it last time. The song is filled with innuendos, and the chorus repeats the question "can you do it" several times, emphasizing the intensity and desire to repeat the experience.
The verses of the song focus on the physical aspects of the experience, asking if the partner can hold, love, squeeze, and tease just like they did in the last encounter. The chorus is more upbeat and emphasizes the need to keep grooving, suggesting that the night of passion is not over yet.

Bon Scott was a massive fan of Geordie. And Brian's voice. He actually said when I'm gone he's the man for this job... How right he was 🤟🤟🤟

I know Brian Johnson was great in Geordie but for forty years he screeched his way through AC/DC. I love all the old classics with Bon than anything with Brian Johnson. Even Bon Scott’s version of Ride On is a song that should get more play time.
