She was later signed with Estonian record label Moonwalk. She represented Estonia in the Eurovision Song Contest 2011 with her entry "Rockefeller Street".

Getter Jaani rose to stardom at the Eesti Otsib Superstaari 2009 where she finished 4th, which lead her to the role role of Sharpay Evans in "High School Musical" in Tallinn (2010). She has also starred as herself in a popular TV series "Riigimehed".

Getter was born and risen up in Tallinn where she continues her studies at the Centre of Vocational Disciplines to become a taylor-stylist. She also takes acting classes at School of Fine Arts, lead by Kaari Sillamaa who has written the Estonian lyrics for the Estonian entries at Eurovision 1996 and 1999.
