Ghostface Killah is critically acclaimed for his loud, fast-paced flow, and his stream-of-consciousness narratives containing cryptic slang and non-sequiturs.
Ghostface Killah was raised in the Stapleton housing projects in Staten Island, New York. In his autobiographical song "All That I Got Is You", Ghost tells the story of his childhood. He raps about how he grew up in a three bedroom apartment without his father, who left him at the age of six. Apparently, his mother had nine children.
His stage name was taken from one of the characters in the 1979 kung fu film Mystery of Chessboxing.
He was also a close friend of the three founding members of Wu-tang clan

"chorus" - -- I think!
All around the world today a killo is a measure.. who ever got the killo's got the candy man! killo's is a 100 grams easy to remember repeat a few times changing words.
Bricks short gap
mann talking well rap!
Then chorus again
In Ghostface Killah's song "Kilo", the lyrics revolve around the drug trade, specifically cocaine. The use of the term "kilo" is a reference to a kilogram of cocaine, and the repeating chorus emphasizes the importance of this measurement in the drug world. The line "who ever got the killo's got the candy man" refers to the idea that whoever is in possession of the kilogram of cocaine is essentially the "boss" or "supplier" of the drug, much like the character of the Candyman in the horror film of the same name.
The use of the term "bricks" in the lyrics is also a reference to the drug trade, as it is slang for a package of cocaine. This line sets up the transition from talking to rapping, suggesting that the talk of cocaine is about to transition into an actual rap about the drug trade.
Overall, the lyrics to "Kilo" suggest a fascination with the power and success that comes with involvement in the drug trade, while also acknowledging the dangers and risks associated with it.
