Yeah the defense was weak, I couldn't be a defense attorney. At that moment, the defense attorney essentially proved to the judge, jury, and prosecutor why his client should be in jail. I never in any thought ever of hurting her and I rocked her kissed her n told her I was here for her always n forever! What a cowardly thing for him to do to that child who wouldn't stop crying. He probably did something to cause that child to cry like that. That's when judge told him he would not be eligible for parole. That's disgraceful. He should punch a wall really hard. I bet after that his girlfriend broke up with him after beating her son like that. It's just cowardly.

I've got a 2 year old daugher. She can drive me absolutely insane sometimes. But just the thought of someone physically abusing her makes me tear up instantly. She's my everything and even though she can drive me crazy, I get physically sick thinking about someone hurting her.

EDIT: Since basic reading comprehension is so uncommon these days I guess I have to clarify something. I DO NOT actively think about hurting my child. I do not have thoughts of abuse and anyone claiming this needs to go back to 2nd grade and re-learn basic reading skills

I’m not sure I agree 100%, but there’s NO question that is a possibility. I wouldn’t risk it…prison for life. Take a child’s life, beating him to death…how can it be anything other than life in prison no parole…or capital punishment would even be better. If the kid was willing to give his life for Austin, why can’t he just do a life sentence and not cry like a little beotch.

Probably the reason his mother gave the authorities all of the incriminating information on her son flippantly saying he was blonde and 16 and would get out of it, and the other things she told were because she couldn’t get through to him and feared he will do it again. If he gets injured in prison, it’s likely because he initiated trouble
