The song "A pa pawol an lè" by Gilles Floro is a love song in the creole language of Martinique. The first verse talks about how the lover puts all his/her love into the relationship and how it can be tumultuous at times, but it's important never to lose faith in love. The chorus simply repeats the phrase "A pa pawol an lè" which means "these are not just words." The second verse talks about the importance of staying together through thick and thin and not giving up on each other. The song ends with a prolonged instrumental break featuring the keyboard and brass.

On prenait bien notre pied ! Plus maintenant !
