Underworld

Glacial Fear's song "Underworld" is a reflection on the aftermath of war and humanity's role in it. The opening lines "World Demise, Last Breath Of Life" set the tone for a bleak picture of the end of the world, where there is nothing left but the individual. The next line "there's nothin' more but you" suggests that humanity is responsible for its own destruction and is now left with the aftermath to deal with. The following line "All the buried seasons in war" speaks to the fact that war has now consumed everything and there is nothing left to show for it.

The singer then questions whether the vision is true or not, after so many years of rage and destruction. The line "what have you realized?" suggests that there is a realization that things have gone too far but not enough has been done to stop it. The next line "hundred, thousand, millions, only numbers for your pride" is a scathing indictment of humanity's obsession with numbers and counting, while neglecting the consequences of their actions.

The chorus of the song suggests that there is no escape from the consequences of war, and that those responsible for it will have to pay for it in the underworld. The line "you are the last in line, no way to run or hide" suggests that there is no escaping from the consequences of our actions, and that we will all have to face the other side sooner or later. The final line "come in the underworld" brings the song to a close, emphasizing the finality of our actions and that the only way forward is to embrace the consequences of our actions.
