The cast is second behind The Beatles for most chart appearances by a group act in the Billboard Hot 100's history, and holds the record of sixth overall among all artists, with sixty-nine appearances. The cast has sold over thirty six million and over eleven million albums worldwide. The series' cover versions have also had a positive effect on the original recording artists, with sales of Rihanna's "Take a Bow" increasing by 189 percent after the song was covered in the Glee episode "Showmance".
The series features covers of numerous songs sung on-screen by the characters. Musical segments typically take the form of performances, as opposed to the characters singing spontaneously, as the intention is for the series to remain reality-based. Murphy is responsible for selecting all of the songs used, and strives to maintain a balance between show tunes and chart hits, as: "I want there to be something for everybody in every episode. That's a tricky mix, but that's very important — the balancing of that." Song choices are integral to script development, with Murphy explaining: "Each episode has a theme at its core. After I write the script, I will choose songs that help to move the story along."
Glee is choreographed by Zach Woodlee, and features five to eight production numbers per episode. Once music rights are cleared, songs are arranged and pre-recorded by the cast. Woodlee constructs the accompanying dance moves, which are then taught to the cast and filmed. Numbers can take several weeks to prepare, depending on complexity. Each episode costs at least $3 million to produce, and can take up to 10 days to film as a result of the elaborate choreography.

A little less conversation, a little more action please
All this aggravation ain't satisfactioning me
A little more bite and a little less bark
A little less fight and a little more spark
Close your mouth and open up your heart and baby satisfy me
Satisfy me baby
Vamos cierra los ojos y escuchate la música
Que padrísima la noche y ya te enseño como usarla
Andale muchacha ve y relajate. Hey!
Menos conversación y más acción por favor
Este agravamiento no me satisface a mí
A little more bite and a little less bark
A little less fight and a little more spark
No hables más y abre tu corazón y satisfáceme
Sastifáceme bebe!
Come on baby I'm tired of talking
Grab your coat and let's start walking
Vamos, vamos
Vamos, vamos
Vamos, vamos
No te demores, no artícules
Ya es tarde, estoy harto de esperar
A little less conversation, a little more action please
All this aggravation ain't satisfactioning me
A little more bite and a little less bark
A little less fight and a little more spark
Shut your mouth and open up your heart and baby satisfy me
Satisfy me baby
Satisfy me baby
Satisfáceme
Satisfy me baby
Satisfáceme así señorita
Yeah
Señorita, señorita
Satisfáceme
Baby baby bebe bebe bebe bebe
Menos conversación y más acción, por favor
The song "A Little Less Conversation" by Glee Cast is a cover of Elvis Presley's hit single released in 1968. The lyrics talk about the need for action instead of just talking, as the singer is not satisfied with all the annoyance and stress caused by the lack of results. He asks for a little more passion, determination, and love, rather than pointless fights and arguments. He invites his lover to forget all their worries and just relax by letting the music take them away. He also tells her to stop talking and open her heart to him, satisfying his needs and desires.
The Spanish part of the song talks about the summer breeze and how cool it is to spend the night dancing and enjoying each other's company. The singer encourages his lover to relax, have fun, and stop talking, satisfying his desires. The song then encourages action, telling the lover to grab her coat and start walking, as there is no point in just talking. The singer repeats his request for a little more passion and a little less argument, asking his lover to satisfy him physically and emotionally.
Overall, the song is a call to action, encouraging people to stop just talking and start doing something to achieve their goals and satisfy their desires.

For all the people who thinks that this is the worst cover ever and so on, it was MEANT to be bad on purpose.

I'm mexican and I like to be hearing my favorite serie singing in Spanish; I didn't take this as an offensive. I think is good to transmit some culture from here!! and show that the way that some of other countries has from us, is totally different to the truly way Menos Conversación Más Acción!!

"Why don't you just dress up as the Taco Bell Chihuahua and bark the theme song to Dora the Explorer?" Best. Racist. Insult. Ever.

@TheMyeater
I think the point of the song was it was meant to be awful because of will lacking the Spanish duende(excuse my spelling) and show the stereotypes and santana who is the only one who knows batter
