The song School's Out by Glee Cast is an anthem for students as they bid goodbye to classes and teachers. The first verse talks about how all the boys and girls are extremely excited for their summer break and have found new toys to keep themselves busy. The second verse highlights how there is no respect for authority anymore, they can't find a flag to salute, and if that doesn't suit them, it's a drag. The chorus of the song comes in where school is said to be out for summer, and forever as well. It's as if the song is celebrating the end of an era, and school has been blown to pieces. So glad to hear Puck's voice again! Mark/Puck is by far the most consistent with his songs IMO. He kills every song he gets (in a good way), whereas with everyone else it'll be hit or miss for me. I get so excited whenever I hear there's a Puck song coming up though. Although, I do wish he didn't just get solos every few episodes. Why not give him parts in group songs, or some duets. Usually, he only gets songs to do with his storyline. Plus it's always the same characters used in group songs.
