You are a distant, remote entity, difficult to pin down or find amidst the vastness of the universe.

Are dead
It is possible that you are no longer alive or sentient, existing only as an abstract concept or belief.

And we all believe this because it's been said
Our understanding of your existence is based solely on hearsay and the words of others, rather than any direct evidence or experience.

And why would I lie if I can get in your head
My goal is to manipulate you and shape your thoughts and actions to my liking, so there is no incentive for me to be dishonest.

To change who you are

To make you how I want you to be

How could you exist without me
