For the people that watched the movie and didn’t get the chance to read the comic. Bruce Maccabee, the assassin in white, has a pretty sad backstory when you think about it.
Before he turned into an inhuman, cold, heartless monster, he was a simple bodyguard with a wonderful wife and their beautiful baby.
On a winter night, during work, he decided to spare the life of a single target, I forgot if it were out of good will or something else, but I’m pretty sure he was feeling merciful that day. So he let that one man go. A few days(?) later, as he came home to his family, his wife and child were brutally murdered by the same man. The one he let go. The one time he decided to leave a job unfinished.
Ever since then, Bruce has been obsessed on finishing a job whenever it has been started, even if it kills him, which explains why he doesn’t let go easily of Vincent and Angelino.
He won’t make that mistake.
Not anymore.
