Her first major success came with the release of her debut album: "Gosia Andrzejewicz" which featured such hit songs as: "Pózwól żyć" (Let Me Live) and "Słowa" (Words). The album was a huge commercial success earning her a gold award for sales. "Słowa" was also released as a single and became hit record of 2006 and remained on national Radio station playlists for almost a year. As a result Gosia was awarded the prestigious prize "Złoty Dziób" given annually by a major national radio station for the category: "Discovery of the year".
Her next album; "Lustro" (The mirror) was met with so much excitement that she made the cover of almost every Polish newpaper and she was featured on the covers of many popular magazines.
Lustro also achieved "Gold Record" status and "Trochę ciepła" (released as a single from the album) reached 7th place on the Summer Hits list of Rmf Fm, (Poland’s popular radio station.)
Gosia was subsequently nominated in three categories of Poland's music events. The Eska Music Awards 2007: Artist of the year, Pop Hit of the year and Radio Debut of the year. Winning "Radio debut of the year".
She received the prestigious publicity awards "Super Jedynki" in two categories: "Debut of the year" and "Vocalist of the year" and:
Fryderyki (Polish Grammy Awards) in category Debut Of The Year.
The prestigious music award, VIVA Comet (an award granted by the viewers of VIVA music channel) in category Charts Award.
Popcorn Microphones award (an award granted by the readers of the magazine Popcorn) in category "Vocalist of the Year".
By public demand Gosia had to dig even deeper into her creative pool than anyone thought possible. She spent the next year creating her next album only leaving the studio to receive yet another prestigious award "The Popcorn Microphones" for "The Singer of the year 2008".
2009 saw the release of her new album "Wojowniczka" (Warrior).
As testimony to Wojowniczka’s success Gosia’s video to the song "Otwórz oczy" was ranked as the most watched and commented video on YouTube. She also achieved 1st place for the top ten Polish videos on Interia and reached 13th place on Rmf fm Summer Hits list.
In addition "Zabierz mnie" from the same album became known as the most touching ballad of the year 2009 and stayed on the VIVA top playlist for over four month.

In "Words," Gosia Andrzejewicz is remembering a past love and reflecting on the words they shared with each other. She compares the love she received from the person to something much sweeter than the call of songbirds or the desert's rain, as their words made her feel safe and removed from fear. However, despite this security and happiness, the relationship eventually came to an end, and she now finds herself alone and struggling to face each day. She laments that she wishes she could change the ending and have her love back, so she can hear their voice whispering to her once again.
