Heaven
Gracious Lyrics

Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴  Line by Line Meaning ↴

Do you have a clean mind?
Do you have a clean mind?
What do you think about, when you pass your time?
Do you have a clean mind?
Would you have help a friend of yours and mine?
Do you have a clean mind?
Do you have a clean mind?
Who made you healthy and your body and your mind?
Do you have a clean mind?
Will you give some money to the church in time?
Do you have a clean mind?
Do you have a clean mind?
Promises yourself that you'll never be unkind
Do you have a clean mind?

God will never try and stop you going on to find
If you have a clean mind.

I bought the original Vertigo l.p. many years ago from a, now long since disolved second hand record shop, at the suggestion of the shop owner when I asked him for something 'prog' and worthwhile. I've never regretted it. A fabulous album. I paid £30 - so that goes to show how long ago it was. The sleeve is a bit on the grubby side these days but the record is in excellent nick. I have read elsewhere that this album ranks among the finest that Vertigo put out. A real treasure for sure.
