24:18 I don't see how Steve has equated a Mind The Gap message with a Fuck The Gap t-shirt. The t-shirt is likely not a reference to the tube warning as there are other uses of the word "Gap" in our culture. Besides, even if it is a direct reference to the tube warning, I don't see why Steve automatically assumed the wearer was doing so earnestly, and would not understand like Steve does the irony of the message, just as you the reader assume that what you are reading right now is a serious concern and of high priority.
