Thanks so much. Theses are great exercises. I’ve used a bite plate for quite a few years now. The doctor added clonazepam at night because my jaw hurt when I woke up. I definitely internalize stress by clenching my teeth, even when I’m awake. I’ve tried to relax my jaw without great success. I definitely felt a difference doing these exercises. 💖

Dr Andrea, THX for this video. I have TMJ disfunction. I find that it probably Stems from Cervical instabilities. You describe the affects of TMJ is spot on. I have arthritis in all the facet Joints, cervical disc bulges, and DDD in many of my verterbrea. CNS disfunction is also a result of this. The Occiptal Muscles and TMJ muscles are so tight and it affects everyThing : Chronic Sinusitis, TMJ, Tinnitus, and Temoral headaches, dizziness, eevn full blown Vertigo. I will follow your advice. THX
