I grew up listening to this record . My mom was so special we wanted to hear this record before going to bed and it brings beautiful memories. I am glad I listened all kinds of music from a young age.

I was in college at Holy Cross in Worcester when this was released. I still lived at home and day hopped. I belonged to the choir at my local church in Main South. The choir director was a fellow named Gerry Phillips - one of the giants in my life. He introduced me to Missa Luba and so much more. His wife, Ellie, was and is at the heart of who I am as a person. By what ever grace of God these two people entered my life, I shall never know. All I do know is I would never have become the person I have been without them. I miss them so much... God bless them.

My 9th grade English teacher played this for us in class and I was so moved I had to buy the album. It has since been lost and I couldn't remember the name of it. Thanx you so much. I am 61 yrs old and have carried this song in my heart.

I have the original LP. Time after time I listen to this version of Kyrie, and the versions of hundreds of choir groups around the world and none match this version. Absolutely beautiful.
