1) Guillotine is a thrash metal band from Umeå, Sweden, formed by Fredrik Mannberg and Nils Eriksson of Nocturnal Rites as a side project for their love of thrash metal, they released their debut album in 1997 titled Under the Guillotine , the band went away for about 10 years until their 2nd album Blood Money was released in October, 27th, 2008.

His tracks has garnered massive support from the likes of SKisM, Gentlemen’s Club, Dion Timmer, Zomboy, 12th Planet and many more.

The song "Liar" by Guillotine is a fierce and rebellious anthem that speaks to the frustration and anger that can build up when dealing with someone who is fake and insincere. The singer starts by saying that they hate the way that this person looks at them, as if they are nothing but crap on their shoe. They despise their face, their phony grin, and their conformist ideals and views. The singer has had enough of all the lies and narrow-mindedness, and they cannot stand to be around this person anymore.
In the chorus, the singer calls the person a liar and says that they are not what they seem. Their actions are imitation and devastation, and they are only pretending to be something that they are not. The singer is tired of the contradictions and just wants this person to go away and die.
The second verse shows the singer's disdain growing even more intense. They say that the person talks down to them and shoves their biased ideas down their throat. The singer can't stand their crap and couldn't care less about the ideas they promote. They see red when this person is around and get a bad taste in their mouth. The singer will never be like this person and sees them as merely a puppet on a string. Despite all the hatred, the singer loves themselves for hating this person.
