Joe Chill Maybe you should "do some research before you comment." Bam beat up Phil on the toilet in the first Jackass film which was released in 2002. This episode of Family Guy came out in 2006. So how could they pay homage to a TV scene 4 years before they released the episode? If anything the homage is the other way around and I wouldn't even call it that, it's more of a reference/parody.
