Searching once again for all I've missed indebted to me from this life
Become content with all I'll never have
Fall into me, show me what I'm missing
Tap into me, set my soul ablaze
Here you found me waiting, over time I've given up
Show me what I lost
Show me all I'm mourning for today
Yearning for all you have to give
Here I feel the sun upon my face
I was so cold, I was gone
You fell into me, showed me what I'm missing
Tap into me, set my soul ablaze
Here you found me waiting, over time I've given up
Show me what I lost
Never overstay your welcome place inside my head
Show me
Here you found me waiting, find me waiting
I'd given up, you show me what I lost
Show me what I lost
The song "Show Me" by Halestorm is a powerful and emotional track about the search for something missing in one's life. The lyrics talk about the singer's desire to find what they are "searching for tonight," as well as their contentment with all they will "never have." The chorus features the plea to "fall into me" and "set my soul ablaze," indicating a need for something more passionate and fulfilling in their life.
The second verse continues this theme of feeling lost and looking for guidance, with the singer asking for someone to "show me all I'm mourning for today" and "yearning for all you have to give." The bridge adds a layer of complexity with the line "never overstay your welcome place inside my head," suggesting a fear of getting too attached or dependent on someone or something.
Overall, "Show Me" is a heartfelt and relatable song about the universal search for meaning and fulfillment in life. The lyrics paint a vivid picture of someone who feels like they are missing out on something important, and who is willing to do whatever it takes to find it.

wtf ever
What a versatility! At the time to time I think that it's being sung by a completely different person! She's constantly switching from soft to rough voice which is stunning! I like how se barely keeps her voice under control while she's singing "set my soul ablaze", it's almost as if she is about to explode and that G#5 in head voice! I don't know why is she neglecting her head voice when she can expand her vocal range for at least 3 notes...
