The project started as a solo venture of Frank Krämer during his time with Stahlgewitter and went through several changes in line-up, promotion, labels and (to a certain degree) musical style. The line-up has been relatively stable for the latest 3 releases.
Halgadom is considered controversial due to Frank’s involvement in Stahlgewitter and the participation of the former Absurd vocalist Sebastian on 2 of the early albums.
The only political reference ever to be found in a Halgadom song was in “Wotans Krieger” from the first (self-titled) release.
Although the Halgadom material has been scrutinized by the German authorities, no release has ever been banned for containing offensive (political) material.
The last studio album to date was “Wille:Tatkraft:Potential”, released in 2009.

Neuer Adel
Halgadom Lyrics
Jump to: Overall Meaning ↴ Line by Line Meaning ↴
The lyrics of Halgadom's song Neuer Adel speak about rising above the stagnant and dark times of humanity and embracing a new order. The opening lines describe these times as being filled with murky waters and swamps, where sweet death envelops people as they make their final journey. However, the song speaks of a will, faith, and a call that emerge from the sea of the dead. Here, the singer dedicates their sword to a God who can lift their curses.
The chorus of the song speaks of Heimdall's sons standing on their homeland, calling upon the strength of the gods and their ancestors. They defy the darkness of the night by raising a torch, and the glory of the fire illuminates them as Odin himself chooses them. In the second verse, the song speaks of unity of will and purpose. The singer calls for an end to the thirst for war and for a coming together of people with strong faith and spirit. The sense of hope and upliftment is present throughout and culminates in a call to rise up against the limitations of the present world.
