I came in here to cry
Hold my head and cry
Expand my chest and cry
I came in here to cry
Hold my head and cry

I just can’t hold it i just can’t hold it
Ohhh i just can’t hold it
Nooo i just can’t hold it
I came in here to cry
(I just can’t hold it)
Hold my head and cry
(I just can’t help it)
Expand my chest and cry
I just can’t hold it i just can’t hold it
Cryyyyy, cryyyyy
Don’t hold it, hold it
I came in here to cry
(I just can’t hold it)
Hold my head and cry
(I just can’t help it)

Expand my chest and cry

Overall Meaning

The lyrics of Harry's song "Sunday" express a deep emotional moment where the singer is unable to repress his feelings anymore and needs to cry. The repetition of "I just can't hold it" and "cry" reinforces the intensity of his emotions and the need to release them. By holding his head and expanding his chest, the singer seems to be describing physical manifestations of the pain he is feeling.

The song seems to be a reflection of a difficult moment or experience - it is not clear what caused the pain that the singer is trying to release. However, the simplicity of the lyrics and the repetition of the main message reveal the rawness of the emotion that inspired the song. It is a vulnerable and honest moment that many listeners may find relatable - the need to cry and let go of pent-up feelings is a common human experience.

Overall, Harry's song "Sunday" is a poignant reflection of the power of emotions and the importance of letting them out. The repetitive nature of the lyrics and the rawness of the emotion expressed make this song a powerful and introspective piece.

@Seni prime Diana had mental health problems which Charles got falsely scapegoated for because their marriage was failure and he didn't love Diana ,still pining for Camilla.
Many people think she was just depressed because of the royal family and Charles. Don't know Diana beyond the myth of her sainthood. She came from a dysfunctional family, parents divorced, separated from her mother who went on to remarry , Diana had an eating disorder from a young age and displayed erratic behavior. Especially when it came to her stepmother. She slapped her father when he told her he was going to remarry. And at the height of her fame she pushed the same stepmother down a flight of stairs and after her father died she forcibly kicked her stepmother out of the family home , even going as far to take the luggage case she was using to move out claiming it belonged to the house.
Also, throwing herself down a flight of stairs while heavily pregnant with Harry for attention was another sign that she was unhinged.
Despite this, Diana was capable of doing good in the world not for PR but because she cares about those causes.
However, she was no saint and not blameless when it came to the breakdown of the marriage. Yes, Charles didn't love her. But that didn't mean it was a good idea for her to begin affairs with multiple men (some married) in protest to that like petulant child throwing their toys out of a pram.
If anything it only pushed Charles closer to Camilla and they began their afffair in 1986 whereas Diana was already having affairs years before that .
Some reckon Harry isn't even Charles' son due to how profilic Diana's affairs were.
Even in her most bitter days she made it clear her gripe was with Charles and certain Palace Courtiers.
She respected the Queen and monarcy and was proud that her son would be King. Harry makes it out like he is Diana's only son. Omitting that it was Diana
who openly referred to him as the "spare". Diana even tried to scheme with Prince Andrew to get the Queen to block Charles becoming King and the crown going to William after the Queen's death.
William becoming King was THAT important to her. Now Harry is doing whatever he can to undermine the monarchy and sabotage his brother whom Diana wanted Harry to be his wingman.

Diana most likely had borderline personality disorder which it seems Harry inherited. But non of her good characteristics just the worse.
Diana actually had talents, even if she wasn't academically gifted. She was very cultured and played the piano well. Harry has no talent.

Love the part where Harry said that Oprah interview would be the last time they raise this issue... This statement was also 'their truth' apparently

Interview with Anderson Cooper is in Anderson’s role as a cbs 60 minute correspondent not the CNN news person. CNN and CBS 60 minutes have different standards. CBS is the network that Gail King is affiliated with, and Oprah has been in the past an occasional special correspondent for CBS 60 minutes. This might explain the choice of the interviewer, by trying to rely on Cooper’s CNN hard journalist reputation but being indirectly connected to Oprah and Gail. So look at this with that in mind.

At this point, people are only interested because it’s like a train wreck in slow motion. You can’t stand it, but you still want to see the destruction of two people who are so woefully self unaware, it boggles the mind.
