Paso Doble rhythm! Good amount of Kletmer Music. Love it!

@aaroniouse

watch out, it's Harry Raderman!

@bluesserenader

I have many records by the Raderman band from this period (1919-21). The interesting thing is that my copy of Gennett 9031says "featuring Raderman and Wiedoeft".
So I think it is NOT Bennie Krueger on sax, and also NOT Ted Lewis on clarinet, but the man responsible is Rudy Wiedoeft (C-melody saxophone and sometimes clarinet).

This would have been transcribed from the disc version. It's funny how so many of the discs developed noise problems over time, but the cylinder copies still sound as good as new.

Great tune. Never heard it this klezzed up before, but it survived nicely.

@robchalfen

alto sounds like Benny Kreuger. Raderman's the trombonist, by the way

@robchalfen

may well be Ted Lewis on clarinet

@robchalfen

Raderman led klezmer wedding-type bands in Roumania before coming to the states  around 1912

@ChrisRichdatagnome

The "u" was dropped some time ago.
