Havoc Lyrics

So I took the long road
No music playin, just my dogs tappin around like Morse Code
No navigational compass
Everything I accomplished – did it on my own
But wait, the higher power had to be in control
How I make out a shit hole
To express to the world
In dirt you gonna get that back
And that’s 10 full
If you keep ignorin you fuckers
You’ll make the same mistakes
Run up in the same place
But always appreciate where I came from
It made me who I am today
In Havoc's Outro, he reflects on his journey and how he arrived at his current state of being. He talks about his personal struggles and how he overcame them. The journey was not easy, but he persevered by taking the long road, going back and digging deep to find the strength and determination to succeed. The metaphor of his dogs tapping around like Morse code implies that he was alone, with no one to guide him or show him the way, but he relied on his instincts to navigate through life.
Despite having no navigational compass, Havoc managed to accomplish everything on his own. He acknowledges, however, that a higher power must have been in control to help him get out of a shit hole and express who he is to the world. He talks about revealing his flaws and exposing his vulnerabilities, knowing that he may receive backlash. But he also knows he needs to put himself out there because “in dirt, you gonna get that back.” In other words, he understands that actions have consequences, and he is willing to take responsibility for his actions.
Havoc warns against making the same mistakes and always appreciating where he came from. He believes that the struggles he faced growing up made him who he is today, and he wouldn't be where he is without those experiences. Through his deep introspection and reflection, Havoc shows his vulnerability and strength as an artist and individual.
