Much appreciation for the thorough comparison between these two methods. About to go spend a long overdue weekend with Dad and in the process of making decisions on a good kava that will allow me to get the most out of this trip. Among the decisions is whether to go with a micronized or just a medium grind & invest in this nifty little shaker. Lol I remember when I first experimented with kava it was brewed in semi hot water (not boiling) in a pot. It was the first time i actually felt the kava and it felt great! The first time I ordered an 84% kavalactone paste and I didn't feel anything at all! But I think it may have sped up reverse tolerance cause after that I felt awesome

Damn, just finding you on 2019! Kava has helped me greatly. I still worry about all the crap I heat about the liver, despite most claims being bogus or from the stems etc. How many years have you been using kava and how is your health!? Ty for all the videos!

You should try the bag in the jar method or you can use the allu ball or bottle put the kava in your bag tied up and put the bottle with water and shake it and then pull it out and strain the rest until a bowl until the bags dry and then partner bottle
