Sketchy 180
Hella Sketchy Lyrics

Marcelo
Marcelo in this bitch

I got Skechers on my feet, yeah
When I'm runnin' through the street, yeah
Yeah, I keep like 20K, woah
Just sitting in my jeans, woah
Lil' shawty like a queen, yeah
Yeah, she gon' ride with me, yeah
Ayy, we gon' run it up, woah
Yeah, we gon' make a scene, woah, woah

All designer what I'm dressin'
Makin' impression, no question
I used to sit down in detention, yeah
Now I'm the one that's teaching lessons
Louis Vuitton, Fendi, no, they are not ready
Yeah, I'm Hella Sketchy, give me credit for your trends, please
Pikachu flexin', mix it with the Gucci
Rollin' up the molly and she trippin' on the lucy
Gettin' to the bag, that's the money way
She gon' throw it back, 'cause she know I'm paid
I ain't goin' out sad, I'ma smoke away
Twenty grams straight gas gone in one day

I got Skechers on my feet, yeah
When I'm runnin' through the street, yeah
Yeah, I keep like 20K, woah
Just sitting in my jeans, woah
Lil' shawty like a queen, yeah
Yeah, she gon' ride with me, yeah

Ayy, we gon' run it up, woah
Yeah, we gon' make a scene, woah

Overall Meaning

The song "Sketchy 180" by Hella Sketchy is a rap song that talks about the rapper's success and wealth. The song begins with a call-out to a person named Marcelo followed by the rapper boldly declaring his possession of Skechers and how he runs through the street. He then talks about having 20K just sitting in his jeans and a girl who he refers to as a queen, who is willing to ride with him. The chorus follows with the rapper saying he plans to make a scene and run it up with this girl.

In the second verse, the rapper talks about his expensive taste in fashion and name-drops various brands such as Louis Vuitton and Gucci. He mentions his growth from sitting in detention to teaching lessons through his music. In the latter half of the verse, the rapper talks about doing drugs with a girl and how she throws it back because she knows he's paid. He then mentions how he won't let money defeat him and how he plans to smoke away his sadness.

The song seems to be about Hella Sketchy's rise to success, wealth, and fame. It talks about how his lifestyle has changed from a low-key one to a more luxurious one, with him being able to afford expensive clothing, drugs, and have money just lying around. The rap may seem like a typical braggadocio rap, but there may be a deeper meaning to it. It may symbolize how Hella Sketchy has gained recognition through music and how he plans to continue making himself known.

The Grandfather of Hyperpop, The Godfather of Plugg beats! - LONGG before these even had genre names keep in mind! I would even argue next to David and Jack, he's one of the Founding Fathers of Digicore as a whole and just such a MAJOR MAJOR important and key icon in the annals of our generation. RIP SKETcoCHY </3

I'm 28 now but when from 14-25 used to be extremely addicted to Oxycodone, Heroin (both before the Fentanyl ordeal believe it or not lmao i'm old) ! Amphetamines, doing shitty X pills all the time man, Shrooms and Acid and every Benzo under the sun you wanted! haha.

Pills were real and flooding middle-america so it was a different time.

I remember the fun. But when Jacob died bruh it was imo 200% more REAL FEELING than Lil Peep's death a little while before (or XXX or anyone really) SIMPLY because it just showed the world that it DEAD. ASS. Can take 6 months or so - to essentially take your life, you CAN die at motherf**king 18 years of age which is SOOOOOO YOUNG BRO. Being 28 now it's like fuck me man. LA was a part of this too, given that he moved out there at the tail end of the whole No Jumper wastecore trendy scene shit - and died legitimately less than a year later.

But god damn it the older i've gotten the more I realize how so awesome and swagged to death Jacob really truly was, so amazingly ahead of his time and simultaneously very much so OF his time. RIP - My kids will know you're a mf legend bro that's all I can say lmao.

@ilovecody7514

@@danielinthemaiden9039 Yeah, but it seemed like there was a lot more time in between for it to sink in. I'm still processing it so it still feels like he's here.

@otxbrendan956
